Helping others as a key to success

The statement in the title may seem rather strange to many. How can one become wealthy, helping others to succeed? This is a statement given by many wealthy people, who have achieved their success through helping others to reach their goals.

I have a number of wealthy people that I look up to, when thinking of success. These are: Richard Branso, Doanld Trump, Joe Vitale, Robert Kyosaki, Zig Ziglar, Steven Covey and Less know Angela & Derek Coldwell, all have a history of being helpful to many other successful people. Today, I will mostly be refrring to Robert Kyosaki as it is a topic of networking that I wish to discuss with you, the readers.

We are all aware what networking is, are we? Well, just in case you are not sure. Networking is a relationship building , be it social or business, it is the same. Good , strong relashionships are the basics of activity in business today. Business of the 21st century is based on a good relashion building and development. In order to apply this to the business, most entrepreneurs are members of some kind of business organisation. For me, the best is BNI ( Business Network International), an organisation that joins business people together in order to grow their business through relation building and recommendation as well as training.

For others, business networking is a waist of time, because they do not understand it. Lets see how relashion building is affecting the growth of business in todays market economy. BNI has about 6000 chapters in 49 countries which relates to just over 300 000 people helping each other to grow their business. Each group can only have one representative of a category, thus no competition can take place within any group. In this system, each memebr is representing minmum 19 other companies, which gives him the advantage in several respects. Most importantly, each member has access to a large data base of potential clients, that means that at least 19 other members have on their contacts lists minimum 1000 contacts, so if we multiply these by 1000, it gives us a potential client base of 19000 clients. Imagine if the group is 70 strong, that gets you 70K of potential contacts.

Working together in a group , toward the same goal, gives us strength and a potential to sustain growth, receive recommendations and education. BNI has a strong member training record and success record. Similar success is asigned to Network marketing firms, or consumer sales what ever one likes to call it. Robert Kyosaki in his book : " The Business School For people Who Like Helping People", explains the real value of networking in business as well as value of helping others to chieve their goals. He rated the value of networking in a clear and understanding way, after being him self closed to it for over 15 years. Today, Robert Kyosaki and Donald Trump are one of the strongers promoters of networking in all of its forms, particularly multilevel marketing. He also explains the reasons behind why many successful business people have joined network marketing companies.

     -  In it not purely for the money - Network marketing business is not only for the money, this is not the priority reason.
     - It is not for its products -  there are so many different products and services offered so far, and new coming up almost every day.
    - It is the Education Plan - Network Marketing business is first of all a good education system.This is a very powerful education that has empowered many people to do things they would never had done without finding out their true selves.They teach such things as: an attitude of success,Leadership skills, Communication skills,People skills,Overcoming personal fears, doubts,and lack of confidence,Dealing and overcoming with fear of rejection,Money management,Investing,Time management,Goal setting and much more.

2. The value of changing from the staus of an employee to a business owner then to an investor.
    In other words, changing ones life.
3. The value of living your dreams.
4. The real value of network.
5. How your values reflect your reality.
  - What is behind the core value?
6. The Value of Leadership.
  - emotions
  - empowering your self.
7. The future of networking.
 - The value of networking in the future in comparison to the current values.

The fact is that networking is here to stay and create our future more and more. Therefore we must embrase our selves to the fact that the traditional jobs will be scarse and most people will rely on some kind of networking in order to make their living. Network Marketing is the future in what ever shape or form. Here in BNI, we know that business networking is the future for business , and urge every business owner to be part of this network.
